Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Some new pictures from us again. The bathtub is installed in the bathroom, and the staircase is now in place as well. On Monday, the tiler will start installing tiles in the bathrooms. The heating system will also be fully connected this week. It looks like the handover will be in about two weeks.

Oh, and here’s the view from our kitchen seating area.

They finally planted the fruit trees in the wildflower meadow and also planted the hedgerow. In 2-3 years, there will be plenty of apple pie.

Because this topic comes up from time to time, here is a photo of the stairwell and a straight staircase:

Are your exterior walls made of brick or prefabricated concrete panels?
Over the weekend, I saw a shell construction with insulated brick exterior walls and concrete walls/ceilings inside. Is this more cost-effective, or what are the pros and cons of using non-masonry interior walls?

Perfect weather conditions. How far do you plan to get before winter sets in?
Is this a formwork and cast basement or a precast basement with ready-made concrete walls?
