What kind of wild groove routing is that? I'm not an expert in these things, but aren't grooves for electrical wiring always done at a 90° angle? No one will be able to trace the route if something breaks down.I definitely wouldn't drill into or hang anything on that wall anymore. Ohauahauaha.

This is actually a perfect example of how not to do it.

The wall should be marked with an X to make absolutely sure that no one ever even thinks about drilling there. This is actually a great example of how not to do it. This reminds me of a story... There were foreign workers on a construction site, and the site manager made a big "X" on the wall (behind which there were several pipes and cables) and told them: DO NOT DRILL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
THEY: Yeah yeah, got it, no problem, understood!
One hour later... the site manager came back to check the work, but the "X" was nowhere to be found because they had drilled exactly there.
There are "only" four levels since the basement is open. The attic houses the parents' area, then the ground floor has the living space, the lower ground floor contains the children's rooms and utility room, and the basement includes an office, gym with sauna, party room, plus technical and storage rooms. The pool's technical room is located beneath the upper terrace, so the pool technician doesn’t have to go through the house.
Regarding the problematic wall: it’s part of a kitchen installation that will be developed over the next few years. And I definitely won’t be drilling into it myself.
