That’s why the chases (wall grooves) are there.

Maybe only the shut-off valves for gas and water are accessible from the outside, while the distribution is still inside (?)

Yes, that’s how I understand it as well. However, the plan explicitly states electrical, but that doesn’t necessarily mean much with my architect.

Hello Yvonne, we had the paint applied directly onto the plaster, so without any fleece or wallpaper. To keep everything as vapor-permeable as possible, we chose silicate paint from Brillux (interior paint ELF1806). We had the color tones custom mixed. The Brillux color designer helped us a lot with the color selection. For reference, I used one of the house’s exterior views as a template because the predefined interior scenes didn’t represent the color tones very well. Additionally, I ordered color charts in A4 format from Brillux at a low cost. That way, we were on the safe side. This is what my samples looked like:
