Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

As requested, I’m sharing our final floor plan.

First of all, thank you, and …

We only have radiators in the rooms with wooden flooring. The rooms with stone floors have underfloor heating (the utility room and pantry don’t have any heating at all).

... congratulations on your well-planned and beautifully designed house. Simply lovely

Yesterday, the upper floor slab was finally poured.

Last week, we received the construction schedule from the architect. If everything goes smoothly, we should be able to move in at the beginning of December. The shell of the building is supposed to be completed in about three weeks, so I’m curious to see if that will happen.

The green KG2000 pipes are used for ventilation and electrical wiring to bridge the split-level.

This is how it looks from below, where you can clearly see the green pipes.

Our construction work is nearing completion. Among the final tasks are the floorboards. We chose larch wood, lightly white oiled. Best regards, Steffi

Here are some impressions:

Hello Steffi,

What is the structure of the floor? Do you have no screed throughout the entire house?

Apparently only where there are tiles. There is no need for more on the floorboards.

oO, how much air is supposed to come into the house there?
