I don't think this will be of much help to you. We have contributed so much personal labor that it won't be possible to break it down like that.

I would like to take a look at the floor plan.

After the last floor slab was poured on Friday, which is now walkable, the stairs were installed today.

The main roof and the access to the roof terrace are still missing.

Things have settled down for us now. The plastering crew has finished the exterior. The screed will be poured tomorrow, then work will continue with tiling and so on.

The base will still receive an anthracite-colored protective coating. The gray area is just a thick waterproof slurry.

The main issues are with the utility connections for gas and water. They are so busy that nothing will be done before the end of July. And as for the telecom provider, well, I expect the worst. We currently have really poor mobile reception in this development with the D1 network. Unfortunately, that’s the provider we have contracts with. But... so far, it has somehow worked out. Karsten
