@Altai Is that labor cost only or including materials? 2,500 € labor cost for 110 sqm would be quite high.

We (my wife and I) needed 2 weekends and 3–4 mornings of about 3 hours each for the 210 sqm (2,260 sq ft). During that time, we also removed some socket boxes. In the basement, besides installation of insulation and the system insulation for the underfloor heating, the self-adhesive bitumen membrane (Katja ) had to be applied. Meanwhile, the plumber was frustrated because all the materials he needed were arranged without him. At least the system insulation for the underfloor heating should have been supplied by him. The rest we procured through the building materials wholesaler or my construction coordinator.

Shitty job, I’ve been through that too. However, it was a one-woman job and ‘only’ 131 sqm (1410 sq ft).

For us, it’s €8.35 per sqm (square meter) including materials (40mm (1.6 inches)). Edge insulation strips are €1.50 per linear meter (3.3 feet).

Floor insulation board 2cm EPS 035, 100kPa, material and installation €3.63/sqm (sq ft)
Floor insulation board 6cm EPS 035, 100kPa, material and installation €8.76/sqm (sq ft)
Plus some bound aggregate fill €60 per 100 liters (3.5 cubic feet) including installation
Perimeter insulation strip €1.45 per meter (3.3 feet)

All prices net and current, Western Germany

An experienced worker installs 100sqm (1,076 sq ft) in one day including insulation strips.

The parquet is from Wicanders.
Here is a photo of the engraved label.

In my case, the floor was glued down.

The official price is 67 euros per square meter (about 6.2 sq ft), offered at 54 euros, and after a lot of negotiating, I finally paid 50 euros.

Today, the sanitary fixtures were installed.

I chose the Kludi XXL faucet back then, and now I regret it.... :-(.
