Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

I originally chose the Kludi XXL faucet, and now I regret it.... :-(.

Why?
Personally, I don’t understand having two faucets on one sink... actually, I can’t even understand having two sinks on one vanity.

Why do you regret the choice

Never share a single sink; two separate sinks are much more comfortable and hygienic.

Hmm, I find the faucet fine; we have a similar one. It just looks different because of the separate basins.

White double washbasin with two faucets, blue tiled backsplash, toilet in the background.

In one of my relatives’ cases, the main bathroom had to be taken apart again right after moving in. Somehow, the lady didn’t like any of the chosen components anymore. Even all the tiles had to be removed. Faucets are easy to replace, though.

What bothers me personally are the shiny stainless steel (?) corner trims on the tiles. Cheaper aluminum trims would have been matte and, in my opinion, fit much better with the currently popular concrete-look tiles.

I agree. It allows more parallel use. I run water for shaving, which would block the sink for others otherwise. However, you need a certain width for a double sink to work well. The vanity should be around 120cm (47 inches) wide for that; I think the one in the picture is narrower.

Why? Too big?

I appreciate any practical faucet that you can actually use. All those installed water "cubs" barely flow any water, and you can’t get anything under them either...
