Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Bayonet lock on the faucet and the window opens

I’m not sure if the window opens.
It is 210 cm wide (2-leaf, double casement).

I rather think it doesn’t.
But that doesn’t matter to us at all.
Tilt opening is enough, and cleaning can be done from the outside (bungalow).

Yes, I also think the window doesn’t need to open. There is probably a patio door next to it. And you probably have a ventilation system, right?

Is there a roller shutter on the window? If so, it should at least be possible to unhook it from the tilt position, since every few years you’ll want to clean them from the inside…

No Roller Shutters

Question
Is it just me, or does the facing look yellower in the last pictures compared to the first ones?

It's all the same brick and the same mortar. I might be overthinking it, but I keep noticing it... :-(

The first picture shows the west side.

The rest show the east side.

This is the west side again (1 photo) overall view... hmm
