Here in our area, many new residential developments have everything done around the house during construction. They pave all the walkways and driveways, plant mature trees and hedges, and finally cover the remaining areas with rolled turf. The plots look like they came straight from the builder’s catalog within just a few weeks.
This certainly has many advantages, but in my opinion, many people are also taking the easy way out. It’s great if you can afford and want that, but for many, the financing amount is simply pushed so high that you don’t have to do anything yourself—other than paying back the loan to the bank. I would really like to know what something like that costs with a
home builder...
Hmm, and paving should be done right away, shouldn’t it? Otherwise, you’re walking over pallets to get into the house for a whole year...

If you mean a general contractor, you probably don’t want to know: those who actually offer this kind of service tend to be significantly more expensive (most avoid such complex projects and focus on quick masonry work). If you really mean a developer: I haven’t heard of anyone going beyond “turnkey” to offer a “blooming” package. The lawn in the animation image is from the photo taken before the excavation of the building pit.
