I really like the visually extended "cube" – probably the living/dining area with a spacious, privacy-screened balcony above...
Is there also a front view available by any chance?
That would be great.Exactly right. On the south side, there is the living room with a small covered terrace, behind that to the southwest is the dining area, followed by the kitchen with a large window facing west and two windows to the north.
Above the living room and the dining room extension is the roof terrace.
Here are the requested front views:

Axel, the floor plan is definitely top-notch. KarstenThanks for the early compliments. At least for us, the floor plan is perfect. We are in the house almost every day and are happy with how well everything fits.
Best regards
Axel
I am still very grateful for the help with the floor plan. It was really a tough puzzle for us. I do feel uneasy knowing that our plans will be online forever, but we wouldn’t have been able to finalize the floor plan so well otherwise. Also, you have to consider that most prefab houses also have their floor plans available online, and often hardly any significant changes are made to them. So, it’s not just us...

Isn’t a smooth painter’s fleece going on top of that?

Have you already thought in detail about how you'll design the sun protection on the balcony? Sun shade sail? Awning? Umbrellas?

An awning would be too large for the area, and a sun sail would probably not suit the appearance of the house.
