Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

The bathtub corner still looks plain. It needs some pictures, color, or plants?

A tall, slim plant on the right between the tub and window 🙂

Small bathroom... looks amazing compared to how it looked before...

I would put a roll of toilet paper in the window/partition corner 😀

Just briefly off-topic again…
@i_b_n_a_n, could you quickly explain why you chose this car?
I just fired up the configurator and it offers a lot for a comparatively reasonable price.

extremely fair leasing offer (MAZDA MX-30 e-SKYACTIV with Comfort + Premium Package at a leasing factor of only 0.6! = €232.41 net for 15,000km/year (9,320 miles/year). Down payment = BAFA share (€6,000). It does everything I need. Initially for three years. There will be better options later. I once requested a quote for an ID4 just for fun. Around €600 with nearly a one-year delivery time! The Mazda will arrive before Christmas. Electronically excellent, ecologically currently, in my opinion, the best.

Sorry for the off-topic, but:
Calling an SUV "currently the best ecological choice in my opinion" is somewhat blind.

I'll be provocative: I’d rather have an electric SUV than a sports coupe.... This whole SUV discussion is getting on my nerves. What about vans, mopeds, sports cars? Why is the SUV always singled out? My GLC averages about 7.5 liters per 100 meters (31 mpg), and I tend to drive quite fast. If I drove slower and more eco-consciously, it would easily be around 6.5 liters per 100 meters (36 mpg).

Keep in mind: the MX30 is a fully battery electric vehicle (BEV). Mazda provides a life cycle assessment starting from the very first screw, with a very high percentage of recycled materials used in the car, etc. The MX30 is not a conventional "SUV."
Of course, comparisons to bicycles (which I also own), airplanes, or ships are not quite appropriate :p. "Currently the best ecological choice in my opinion," compared to another car. Name one that performs better, I’m happy to learn...
