Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

A semi-detached house with four residential units? Or is there an extra H in that?

No, that's correct. Four residential units in the semi-detached house. (Unfortunately, I can only write disconnectedly. The attempt to approach it differently was unfortunately "abruptly" stopped)

Okay, I wasn’t really aware of that, but it’s interesting. I only heard that your thread was deleted.

Can someone explain this without any consequences?
I would like to understand.

It is probably a semi-detached house, meaning 2 semi-detached units with 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 apartments on the upper floor, accessible via external staircases.

Oh yes, the outdoor staircase is the entrance to the upper (rented) dwelling unit. My door is directly underneath. It is a semi-detached house with a total of 4 dwelling units.

I need to correct myself after reading again. The steel structure that was probably meant (there was no other shown) is the base of the balcony, which is hopefully going to be finished soon. The railings are already with us; what remains are the balcony flooring (Balkodur) and the glass panels.

The entrance area (outdoor staircase) was also shown by me a few posts earlier.
