Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

That reassures me a lot... After seeing the pictures from @benediktr, I was worried that LAN cables would be needed as a bracing element. And since @rick2018’s answer, I’ve been running around the house wearing a helmet 😳

There’s no need to overdo it.
For the garage, this is absolutely sufficient, so don’t let it drive you crazy ;-)

2-3 LAN cables for access points, 2 behind the TV, 2 in the office, etc.
I consider 10 pieces a good standard for a typical house today.
There is no upper limit.
We have almost 50 cables just for cameras and access points. 🤨
