The tiling is well done. I can only recommend to anyone wanting to replicate this to plan it a bit in advance. Well said, but we hardly planned the joint cuts beforehand. There are a few corners where we could have done things differently with hindsight, but otherwise, I would rarely prioritize joint cuts over other aspects of a room.
Nonetheless, we are very pleased with the result.

It’s the same solution I have, meaning it seems to be the standard approach unless the customer requests otherwise.
I wouldn’t have a better alternative either. The pieces at the bottom would have been spread across the entire room, but now they are only above the shower and bathtub.
And if the grout matches the color well and you live with it for three weeks, you probably won’t even notice it anymore.
