Last Thursday, our foundation slab was poured. Over the weekend, we installed the ring trench collector (which is not fully completed yet), and after just two days, the masons have already made significant progress.

It looks bigger than I expected.

This actually doesn’t apply to typical single-family houses. As far as I know, it applies from three stories upward.

Yes, that's true, I had it wrong in my mind, sorry. It's not mandatory, but we went through with it anyway—better safe than sorry.

Today, they started installing the underfloor heating. The roofer was also on site to fix leaks on the garage roof. The temporary drainage for the gutter has been professionally arranged.

Tomorrow at 3:30 PM, the inspector will come to approve the underground piping.

The screed was originally scheduled for Thursday but will likely be postponed to Monday due to delays on other construction sites caused by the Eid al-Adha holiday.
