It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Currently planned the same way for us.

However, we are considering doing this later in wood with cladding.

Does anyone know or have experience if this would be easier to handle (e.g., spotlights, etc.) and cheaper than concrete in the shell construction plus Isokorb? Feel free to send me a private message.

The rooms are filling up with cables.
The plumbing delivery for the rough-in installation has also arrived.
