Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

I would like to add that although this hedge matches the clean design of the house, I would recommend a mixed hedge with flowering plants for aesthetic, ecological, and various other reasons.

Hello,

I’d like to contribute to this topic again, as there have been fewer pictures in recent months... Please overlook the missing landscaping and some missing furnishings.

Modern, white, two-story house with large glass fronts and flat roof.

Modern rooftop terrace with glass railing, view of sunset over hills.

Modern open wooden staircase with metal frame, bright hallway, glass front at the end.

Modern interior hallway with stairs, black railing, open door, and wooden column in sunlight.

Modern kitchen island with plant, fruit bowl, view of city and sunset through glass front.

Modern kitchen with dark island, wood-paneled wall, oven, wide window fronts, and stair railing.

Large wooden bookshelf wall with many books on the left; open kitchen with island and dining table on the right.

Modern bathroom with skylight, wall tiles, washbasin on wooden cabinet, shower.

Best regards

@derdietmar A wonderfully beautiful house, exactly my style! I’m also on the “black kitchen combined with wood” team. Is that walnut?

Wow, it turned out great.

Photos including the exterior landscaping, even if still under construction, are also welcome.

Hi, I’m interested in the parapet on the rooftop terrace – is it high enough, or does something need to be added after the floor build-up?

- Ah, I just noticed the panels are already there. Then it’s surely around 90-100 cm (35-39 inches) and should be fine.

The background is that our solid parapet is too low, and we need to raise it by 20 cm (8 inches) – either with glass or a double handrail...
