It’s a pity about the private messages... It won’t quite reach 200 m² (2,150 sq ft), but it’s definitely close. I would like to discuss the designs with our architect. I really like the open staircase and the hallway upstairs with the gallery.

Let’s hope she can judge that before coming up with any reckless ideas. I had quite a few of those as a kid myself (climbing up to the treehouse in winter—who could have guessed the wooden rungs would be slippery…) but fortunately, I got through all of them without serious injury.
