It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Quite different. I like it too. The bathtub was placed directly on the screed, right?

No, directly on the tiles.
I specifically asked the installer and the developer five times... they said it is not a problem.

It will be installed on top of the tiles in our case as well. Was the substrate reinforced in any way? Our screed layer installer also says it’s not an issue, but I still feel a bit uneasy. Do you know how much compressive strength the insulation has in your case? What material is the bathtub made of?

No, the base was not reinforced. I also have no knowledge about the compressive strength.
The bathtub is made of acrylic.

Thanks! Ours is acrylic too. Then it should work out fine.
