Maybe not in terms of fixtures, but the floor plan is very straightforward and open.
Even the smallest and most conventional house can look super modern and high-quality with the right fittings.
Of course, the opposite is true as well. I’m just imagining @rick2018 and @Mellinas’ house filled with IKEA furniture.
PS: There will also be a roof extension from the carport to above the front door.
