Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

It's happening. It went quickly.

Yes, since the handover is scheduled in 2 weeks, we had about 5.5 months of construction time for nearly 200 m² (2,150 sq ft) of solid construction. Our site manager actually completed the project 2 months earlier than the guaranteed construction time, which she is already proud of.

Fortunately, we had regular inspections by the DEKRA building supervisor; otherwise, you could really worry about poor workmanship.

It went quite well even with some "patch-up work."
Except for the front door, nothing else.

A minor issue with the water pipes and the installation of the windows were not entirely up to standard. The expert pointed this out, and both were promptly corrected. The front door is now also properly installed.

Progress is being made; yesterday, our first piece of furniture found its place—the staircase! I’m really impressed!

This week, the scaffolding will be removed, and starting Monday, the painters will begin applying smooth fleece wall coverings.

Really awesome staircase – but there is no guardrail. Help! As long as everything isn’t finished yet, the wood was completely covered here.

What goes on the open side? Glass?
