Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

We have the same issue, but mold is forming on the exterior wall. In winter, the warm, moist exhaust air condenses. We are currently looking for a solution.

Today the sun came out again, so I covered our “pond.” The maiden grass still looks a bit sparse; I hope it will get bushier. Maybe add two more plants each?

We also still need decorative gravel to cover the planting holes. And a small fountain for the water basin.

I originally wanted to build the bench along the entire depth of the low walls, but somehow it looks too bulky. For now, the beams are just laid on top. This will be postponed.

That turned out beautifully!!

Our exhaust ventilation was completed today. But somehow the ventilation doesn’t make sense. When it rains, everything ends up running into our basement.
Did you borrow Hotzenplotz’s skilled workers?

We are making progress here... the terrace is finished... the bathrooms are waiting for the sanitary fixtures...

Terrace with light gray tiles in front of glass sliding doors; barrier tape at the edge.

New build: white two-story house with dark roof, adjacent concrete extension under construction.

Construction site in front of two residential houses with rubble and soil on the building plot.

Bathroom under construction with bathtub, window, countertop, and dark tiles.

Basement heating system with copper pipes, green water treatment system, and pump.

The two railings including the parapet cost about 4,000 (currency).
Thank you!

It seems like it. It’s typical that something like this happens just as our site manager is going on vacation starting Monday. We’ll have to talk to the junior manager then.
