How much do the railings cost approximately, can you tell me? Your price includes the wooden steps, right? I have to decide whether to go with a wooden railing or have it built from masonry...

The two railings including the parapet cost about 4,000 (4k).

The staircase is now mostly finished. Next, plastering and drywall installation need to be done.

Today, work began on the ventilation system. Plumbing will continue tomorrow or on Monday. Progress is being made.

Since yesterday, we have installed floor tiles in the utility room and guest bathroom. It should be finished today, and hopefully, work can continue in the main bathroom afterwards. We are really looking forward to that.

Is it now common practice to plan downspouts in front of the walls?! This was also an issue recently for the user "R.Hotzenplotz."

I find that somehow unattractive.
