Looks like a holiday destination. What kind of floor plan will it be? The foundation slab is L-shaped?

How is it painted? What kind of paint is that? It looks really great!

It is a paint from Alpina called Rust. Using a special brush and two colors, it is applied accordingly. It looks more complex than it actually is.

Is this available at a hardware store, and what kind of substrate is this?
