If no one else wants to, I'll post again. Today, concrete was poured. The installer repaired a hole in one of the controlled residential ventilation ducts beforehand. When the concrete pump was already set up, we measured again and found that the ventilation ducts were bundled about 10cm (4 inches) too far inward. This meant that two of the ducts on the ground floor would run through the hallway or cloakroom instead of through the storage room toward the upper floor, which is not acceptable. Additionally, three ducts (running horizontally from left to right in the previous photo from yesterday) were placed too close together, leaving hardly any concrete between them, which the structural engineer was not happy about.
So, we quickly corrected this: first, increasing the spacing between the ducts (cutting the cable ties, adjusting the duct routing, and reattaching them to the rebar with cable ties), then changing the opening between the basement and ground floor next to the central collection point for the ventilation ducts. We cut the reinforcement mats and rerouted the ducts outward so that they now run from the basement through the ground floor to the upper floor exactly where they are supposed to—specifically, through the storage room on the ground floor.
If you don’t take care of everything yourself and skip visiting the construction site even for one day...

Yes, that’s true, you basically have to be there all the time. The craftsmen are not exactly thrilled about that.
I remember the insulation work on the ground floor; it was done by a “company.” When I saw the poor workmanship, my comment was, “Take it all down and redo it,” even though the entire insulation had already been glued in place. I also had the plaster removed and redone because the bonding agent was missing. In the end, they just left everything behind and vanished without a trace. But if I want shoddy work, I might as well do it myself.

That's good, so I'm not the only one sharing something here.
In the small profile picture, it looks like you are also building with a basement. I'm curious to see your pictures and how your progress compares. Our work had been slow lately (holidays, long weekends, bad weather), but last week we made good progress.
Best regards!
