Right in the middle... and hopefully finished soon (September). So far, luckily no major issues:I also really like these glazed galleries; they look very nice from the inside. However, I see a problem with cleaning. You can’t clean the windows yourself and always have to hire a professional window cleaning service. That probably costs several hundred dollars each time, right?
Best regards

I also think that glazed galleries like those shown by @merlin83 look great. However, the practical side comes to mind for me as well (who cleans such large window areas).
Also, when I think about how often I walk around our house just wearing a t-shirt and underwear, such a glass facade might not be ideal → protecting the neighbors from eye strain.

Best regards,
Sabine We quickly realized that it would indeed be difficult. We plan to hire someone to clean them once or twice a year. The competition in this industry is strong, so the prices are quite reasonable.

Also, when I think about how often I just walk around the house in a T-shirt and boxers – a glass front like that might not be ideal --> protecting the neighbors’ eyes from damage … that is indeed an issue with people looking in. But probably only at night, since during the day it reflects. We’ll have to get used to closing the blinds tightly in the evenings. The living room, stairwell, and attic are always very bright as a result—no matter the weather—and we really like that.
