Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Progress is moving along quickly here as well... The topping out ceremony has already taken place, and from Monday the roof will be covered. Best regards, Steffi

Wasn’t that the bungalow stretched out to the back, where I made some drafts? It was supposed to have wood cladding in a Western style, wasn’t it???

I checked the construction site after work yesterday and the windows are already installed! Unfortunately, my key didn’t fit the construction door.. oops:

That’s an amazing collection of trees! Wonderful!!!

Thank you for the kind words. Unfortunately, we are not quite there yet...
The time factor and the endless waiting (sometimes it feels like stalling) with this developer are unacceptable. This is beyond reasonable.
If we have to wait another week, the situation will probably escalate – potentially involving a lawyer.

Fingers crossed that it won’t come to that, or that you can reach an agreement quickly if it does.

That's correct, good memory... but I prefer to call the cladding "country style"... I have nothing to do with Western style. Regards, Steffi33.

My husband was so hardworking and painted the rafters and soffits beautifully during the holiday while I was unfortunately laid up. We enjoy our little house every day, and even the neighbors praise the hardworking craftsmen. Here are some new pictures. The columns in the interior shot will become a bookshelf room divider. Best regards, Steffi33
