After an endless search, we finally found a suitable mirror model – with integrated lighting that is actually bright enough and not just diffusely illuminating the room, as well as options for dimming and adjusting the color temperature. Our heat pump is finally in place and almost fully installed.
The fence panel is intended as a small protection for the fins, against accidentally flying sticks in children’s hands or beer bottles from guests at neighborhood parties, etc. (it is located right next to the street)… not to prevent deliberate damage, but to guard against occasional carelessness.

But more importantly, almost no wind reaches that spot. The wind would have to come exactly from the south or north to cause any issues there. All common wind directions with west in the name are blocked by the house.
