Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

No idea how it happened, but I just noticed that I uploaded the “wrong photo” at the top.
This is how the heat pump with side cover looks now...
Red, curved metal hood over a concrete platform next to the house with a round window.

I believe you showed both, right? Once with and once without the side panel.

I’ll continue. Those who remember my old thread know that we have been renovating this courtyard forever. We’re still not finished, and I don’t even dare to look at the first post with the schedule anymore. At least now only the kids’ room and the gym/cat room are left, oh, and the outdoor area… plus painting work on the stairwell. Not to mention various “remaining tasks” like baseboards.

I’ll check back in 2030 then. 😀
Rustic attic living room with green sofa, wooden floor, and rug, view outside.

Modern kitchen with black island, open shelves, oven, fireplace, and bowl of fruit.

Open living and dining area with wooden beams, fireplace, kitchen island, and large windows.

Bright dining room with long table, chairs, and view outside through large window front.

Open dining room: wooden table with colorful chairs, brick wall, and stairs on the right.

Living room with exposed wooden beams, desk, bookshelf, and teal sofa.

@South This is the first time I regret demolishing the cowshed.

What a dream you are creating there.

@Yosan Be careful walking by in winter; there might be ice on the ground.
@South What you're achieving there is very impressive.

Hello,

Hello, we are looking for exactly this kind of mirror.
Where did you get it from? We would appreciate an answer.
The mirror is a Nimco ZP 31000 with a diameter of 100 cm (39 inches). At that time, it was not available for sale in Germany, so I had to import it.
