Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

The metalworker has finally started on the railing (black steel, oiled), and we have received the plans for the glass room divider with the sliding door by the stairs/kitchen.
(sorry, my iPhone rotates the images when uploading...)

Black wooden board leaning diagonally against a wooden beam in a workshop; tools in the background.

Interior view of a construction site: stairs made of concrete steps, black beam as temporary support

Interior view of a construction site: white walls, black steel beam, unfinished rooms with building materials.

Architectural drawing of a large, multi-part door front (sectional door) from the room side.

Mirage Glocal 04 1.20x1.20m (4.0x4.0 ft)
Sorry for asking again: In the pictures, they look grayish, but when I search for Mirage Glocal 04, they appear more "brownish." Type 05 seems to match the pictures better.
But I could be wrong – it really depends a lot on the lighting conditions, etc.
So, is this definitely the "04"?

Definitely. They match brown better. The 05 are even greyer, that's true.

We’re slowly approaching the final stretch.

The painter is almost finished, the tiler started today, the electrical work is progressing, and the first spotlights are already adding light and color.

And this is happening less than 6 months after the initial groundbreaking.

Renovation room with hanging light bulb, exposed cables, construction tools, and laptop on the windowsill.

Shell construction of a bathroom: concrete walls, wet floor, visible plumbing connections.

Renovation room: white walls/ceiling, recessed lights, windows covered, painting work.

Bright room under renovation with ceiling lights, two windows, paint containers and tools.

Electrical control panel with DIN rails, contactors, terminal blocks, and wiring.

@Patricck which switch was used between picture 3 and 4? Are these dimmable LED ceiling spots with adjustable color temperature, or is there also lighting integrated into the window lintel?
