Hello,
We are currently planning a Next 125 kitchen for our house project. Our Next 125 kitchen is handleless with a glass front. It consists of a kitchen unit that is 4 m (13 feet) long. This includes a tall cabinet for the oven and one for the freezer-fridge combination. In addition, there are two tall cabinets with internal pull-outs. There are also two base cabinets with drawers, each 80 cm (31.5 inches) wide. Additionally, there are two wall cabinets and a shelf with a sliding door.
We have also planned an island that is 3.12 m (10.2 feet) long and 1.20 m (3.9 feet) wide. The cooktop and sink are installed on it.
The total cost for the kitchen, including Siemens appliances, a Falmec ventilation hood, delivery, and installation, is 21,000 euros. The appliance portion accounts for 5,900 euros. What do you think about this price?

We then decided on a Nolte kitchen and invested the remaining money in a sofa.
@merlin83 ... you don’t buy percentages, but a final price. And I don’t think the price is completely unrealistic. After all, it’s a 10-meter (33-foot) kitchen if you convert the 312 cm (10.2-foot) long island into a single line and add the 4-meter (13-foot) tall cabinet section.
Installation and delivery costs can be roughly estimated using the Ikea assembly price list. They charge about 199 euros per meter of kitchen for assembly, so for a 10-meter (33-foot) kitchen that’s around 2000 euros just for installation, plus approximately 150 euros for delivery.

However, it is a glass front and it is next125. The cost for appliances alone is estimated at almost 6,000 euros. That means 10 meters (33 feet) of high-quality kitchen cabinets for 15,000 euros including delivery and installation.
Choosing a laminate front, for example, and a different manufacturer might save a few euros.

For installation and delivery costs, you can refer to the IKEA installation price list. They charge 199 euros per meter of kitchen for installation, so for a 10 m (33 ft) kitchen, that’s about 2,000 euros. Plus delivery of around 150 euros. In my opinion, the idea of buying by percentages applies more to the lower price range – especially in furniture stores. From my experience, kitchens in the premium segment work differently. Usually, the suggested retail price is reduced by a certain percentage. Many kitchen suppliers don’t disclose this because they want to avoid direct comparison.
Not giving customers the offers and plans is, in my view, pointless. Providing these doesn’t hurt and doesn’t cost extra. It won’t force a purchase agreement but will only risk annoying the customer. After discussing the kitchen in detail, the customer knows it well enough to create comparison offers anyway.
By the way, I could have bought my kitchen elsewhere for about 2,000 euros less, but I didn’t because I value the planning services and the detailed design of our kitchen.

Choosing a laminate front, etc., and another manufacturer might save a few euros. We definitely want a glass front. We have also compared several manufacturers. What we like about Next 125 is that the glass doors are framed with aluminum, which simply looks more premium.
According to the list price, the kitchen (including appliances) costs about 35,000 euros. After several rounds of negotiation, we ended up at 21,000 euros. A Häcker kitchen with a glass front was last quoted at 23,000 euros (not yet fully negotiated). But we don’t like the quality as much there. We also requested an offer for a Warendorf kitchen. The same setup with a glass front costs around 32,000 euros (the deductions have already been factored in).
