We can clean the supply and exhaust air ourselves (Erlus), and according to his own statement, the only thing the plumber would do is change the filters on the unit itself and at the outlets, etc.… and I can do that myself…

See the maintenance manual. Changing a filter or wiping down a housing isn’t rocket science Exactly... so why would anyone sign a maintenance contract? I understand it for the air-to-water heat pump because of the warranty... or maybe for the backflow preventer due to insurance, perhaps...

Oh, interesting. I didn’t expect anyone to have actually installed solar roof tiles yet, apart from Elon Musk.
I thought they were still very expensive. Would you mind sharing the price or the extra cost compared to regular photovoltaic panels?

Traumfaenger, do you have a picture of your emergency overflow? Do you have a gutter heating system installed? Can you hear dripping sounds from the downspout?
