I understand that the tiler won’t take the time to tape off all the edges again. The problem is that it’s very difficult to avoid contact with the wall when applying the tiles unless they work very precisely and are extremely careful (no offense, but looking at the grout lines, I can’t really imagine that).
That’s why I would simply take the time and tape everything off all around again, no matter what.
