Most of the steam from my oven is more moist than greasy. You don’t roast a goose every day after all.That’s exactly what I was getting at. I honestly wouldn’t know what could cause greasy fumes in the oven.
(Especially since birds are usually placed on the rotisserie grill anyway.)

In our case, the screed will now be heated for 10 days before the tiles are installed.
Oven: it doesn’t really matter, we currently have it like this in our apartment and I have no complaints (installed for 5 years). If the oven’s seal is good, most of the steam escapes directly when opening the door. This way, the oven retains moisture inside instead of continuously releasing it into the surrounding air.
