Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Why would you? That would raise the step height, so material is saved this way. And it is firmly fixed!

Non-activated heating surface... it is firmly fixed as is, I don’t know what you are planning to do in a bathtub.

The tub is placed directly on the slab.
Anything else doesn’t seem well thought out to me.

Advantage: low entry, simple and unobtrusive.

I see this quite often in new builds!
