Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Despite the freezing temperatures, our structural builders are working hard. The front view is blocked this time, but you can now see the covered entrance.
Once the ceiling is in place, the rooms really feel much more spacious, which is a relief for us.

The roof truss structure looks very lightweight. Is this a prefab home manufacturer like Heinz von Heiden? You often see such constructions with them.

No, the house is being built under a separate contract and the roof structure was constructed according to the structural engineer’s specifications and installed by the carpenter. Since the attic is not intended for living space, this is fine.
