yes, the garages are open in the middle. I’m attaching the floor plan as a file.
The price varies significantly depending on the features. But just for the garages alone, based on the quotes I received, you should expect around 15,000 to 18,000 euros. Additionally, the strip foundations cost somewhere between 3,000 and 4,000 euros.

I don’t find the garage all that appealing either, especially the price surprises me. We are paying only €17,621 for our spacious double garage measuring 6 x 9m (20 x 30 feet) with a large sectional door, a side entrance door, and a window measuring 200 x 80cm (79 x 31 inches). On top of that, there is a complete foundation slab costing €4,500.
