Every day it looks a little different. They are almost finished with the waterproofing.
Construction site: gray concrete structure with an opening, white protective box on the wall.

Large concrete foundation with dark exterior wall, insulation material and building materials on the site.

So, our waterproof concrete shell was completed before moving forward. It's interesting how quickly it goes with smooth steel reinforcement.

That isn’t perimeter insulation, but rather something similar to a bitumen coating. Our insulation is installed within the wall.
