Yes, progress is steady.
The roof framework won’t be installed until week 48, not possible earlier.
Due to the huge construction boom, there are sometimes delays in material availability everywhere.

But today was the 12th working day since start, including removal of 30cm (12 inches) of topsoil, refilling with 70cm (28 inches), the foundation slab poured, and the exterior walls halfway up—I think that’s very good.
