Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Does this mean that if you want to use the brine-to-water heat pump for cooling in the summer, you need the ERR after all?
No, but if you have one in the bathrooms, you can simply set it so that they are not cooled. Alternatively, you can manually turn off the bathrooms in the spring.

I think I was just insulted, but I'm not sure.

No. For me, and even for most heating engineers, this is a difficult topic.
You are welcome to read my thread in the heating subforum.
However, my system is something like the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang of heating technology!

Feel free to read through my thread in the heating subforum.

That wasn’t entirely serious either.
I don’t think tinkering with it right now makes much sense. The Stiebel technician said we should just write off the first year’s consumption since the building is still damp. It will get better from the second year onward. I would only want to address this topic because I want to achieve a situation where every room maintains the right temperature year-round without having to adjust the ERV or the heating system.

Or you manually shut off the bathrooms in spring.

You mean in the hydraulic balancing, the bathrooms are shut off so they are not cooled?
Okay, understood, thanks.

It's amazing what curtains can do! 😳
I think the cozy factor has increased tenfold right away!

And I’m always impressed by the Fischer Duopower anchors! It’s incredible what they can hold even in aerated concrete!

A small touch of color would help here as well ;-)
