Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

You and your grumbling.
What does the amusement about the wordplay "saustark" (= very strong) have to do with daily mopping accompanied by grumbling?

Yes, I know, I'm also a Xiaomi fan, but our little one often leaves Playmobil toys around, and when those end up in the vacuum, it annoys me.

@Baufie that's the elephant—it’s always like that.

Above all, a mouth with heart, even if you don't always hear it clearly when shouting, right?

Tastes differ! I think they look really great. But I would never install dark tiles again because I mop the floor almost every day.

I was actually planning to get dark tiles... I find them the nicest with white walls. Are there any differences among dark tiles, for example regarding how much dirt shows?

Is it really true that, in general, the darker the tile, the more likely you are to see (water) stains?

Of course. Lime stains are white. The only thing more noticeable are glossy surfaces.

Forget about robot mops. They just spread the dirt around. No criticism of vacuum cleaners, but mopping – forget it. They simply lack the water change.
