Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

0.5 is an excellent value.
Building an architect-designed house in 9 months also proves to be feasible.

Now comes the phase when you realize that you can actually live in this project.

Enjoy the process.

We have been finished with the construction for a year now and happily moved in. Therefore, I cannot share any current construction site pictures, but here is at least one photo of the front yard. At first, we only planted grass seed to prevent weeds. Then, when I wasn’t in the mood to mow for a few days, we just waited and observed what would happen. We liked the result so much that we decided to leave it as it was.

I think side panels and glass doors look great; unfortunately, the idea came to me too late.

Yeah, I also managed to have that changed at the last minute.

What thickness is your wall between the shower and the toilet? And how deep is the recess?

Without it, we wouldn’t have any natural light in the hallway. Besides, it was the only door we could choose without additional costs.
