Hello, we are having a house built: a KfW 40 wooden frame house without a ventilation system.
Today I received the results from the blower door test.

Result: 1.7
With two indications of air leakage points

Due to the construction, all inspection openings of the roller shutters are not airtight.

And there is a hole in the vapor barrier membrane of the ceiling between floors, which could cause moisture issues in the insulation layer.

The test is passed—do I have to accept it this way?

I am a complete beginner and appreciate any advice.

I also had modest results and some drama.
You may have to accept the passed test, but all construction defects should be corrected, especially regarding the vapor barrier.
How far along is the construction? Is the interior cladding already installed on it?

Conduct a second test during or after defect repair.

Hey, no ventilation system.

Yes, everything has already been clad from the inside... The test was done a month ago, but I only received the results now...

Was it only clad or plastered in the meantime?
Have the defects been corrected?

No, it was already plastered and covered before...

The photos documented the holes where the electrical cables come out of the ceiling for lamps or spotlights.

I don't think anything has been fixed...
But I will call the construction company tomorrow...

But they have to fix the documented issues, right?

Windows definitely with window rebate ventilation, right? The result is acceptable for that. The limit is 3.0. The mentioned issues, especially in the vapor barrier, cannot really be verified anyway, so they are also difficult to fix.
