Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

After May 2015:

Um... wow... but for a layperson... what exactly can you see on the left side? What is all of that for? The one on the right is the standard meter cabinet, right?

The one on the right is the regular meter cabinet, and the left one is the actual distribution panel. It includes the usual plus KNX system. It’s not completely finished yet. The LED technology will be installed, and the circuits still need to be completed. I’m a bit short on time right now but aim to finish it by next week.
Above the meter cabinet, there will also be the network cabinet.

Yesterday, the inspection of the reinforcement and the ring earth electrode was carried out by the building society contract. Since no defects were found, the concrete was poured immediately afterward and is now curing.

As you can see from the rolled-up black sealing tape, the building will be a semi-detached house.

Shared foundation slab for two houses? Hopefully, the sound won't transfer too much.
