If you want to read in detail, @goalkeeper also has a dedicated thread about his house, including some "interesting" decisions from the city:

Yesterday, a very special photo of our house arrived with the Christmas mail. Our general contractor, who is still very enthusiastic about our house, had asked us weeks ago if he could use a photo of our house for his new pocket calendar. He even arranged for someone to use a photo drone to capture the roof terrace. Now our house will feature for a whole year as promotional material for our general contractor.
Of course, I want to share the picture here. Please note: the background was altered by the contractor. In reality, there are houses there as well. I also removed the advertising block in the foreground to avoid posting unauthorized advertisements.
Best regards and Merry Christmas to all!

Exactly.Do you and the other end of the beam view it more positively or negatively that there isn’t a house there yet? I think it’s pleasant and might stay that way for a few more years. For now, each of you has a detached single-family home. Perhaps, in the medium term, each of you could buy half of the adjacent plot at a reasonable price if the municipality can’t sell it. Or is there some kind of building obligation in place? It seems some interested buyers have already backed out.OWLer schrieb:
Is that really a photo? Looks like a rendering? Yes, of course! However, the general contractor edited the photo—not necessarily for the better. Here is the original (the man with the drone was kind enough to send me the photos):
Best regards
