Who says you can’t find bargains anymore? We went to the notary yesterday to sign for this little gem. A detached house in the big city (yes, there aren’t just squirrels here, sometimes even a deer appears). Small and affordable for my mom. It’s 90 sqm (970 sq ft) with a 285 sqm (3,067 sq ft) plot and cost 135,000 euros (HB).

Mottenhausen11 Jul 2019 10:54The purchase – price/performance is excellent, but how old is the building? I mean: basement/ground floor/upper floor/attic doesn’t exactly sound like age-appropriate living.
