Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

I hope you only buy Argentine beef and bread from China...

Not really. Agriculture causes significantly more fine dust in Germany than all road traffic combined.
The main sources are manure and the ammonia compounds it contains, as well as dusty fieldwork like harvesting and plowing.

So, what’s the alternative? Food doesn’t just grow in supermarkets...

Most of the openings are now closed here (I actually don’t have a recent photo showing all the openings already blocked), and the windows are installed.
I’m currently working on filling all holes in the concrete ceilings (for example, laundry chutes), closing the remaining openings, and installing the window sills. In addition, I will be installing a flush-mounted distribution box in the garage, which I plan to use to control my future lawn sprinklers.

Unfinished interior construction: red brick walls, large glass sliding doors, construction tools and materials.

Two-story house under construction made of red bricks; construction site with soil, wood, and covers.

No, I never said that.
I eat tons of meat from all over. Well, not so much from Argentina, the quality is usually poor.
But that doesn’t make my previous statements untrue.

@guckuck2, you are right, just as it has been proven that car brakes produce more fine dust than diesel engines! Nevertheless, ceramic brakes are not being adopted because diesel simply has to be phased out.

Eating that much meat is not healthy!

Ceramic brakes simply aren’t suitable for every car. Even major sports car manufacturers now prefer to install large steel brakes instead of ceramic ones.
