Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

So the floor is mostly installed.

It’s just as we hoped.

We finally finished the insulation today (210 sqm (2260 sq ft)). That was really exhausting.

Interior on construction site: underfloor heating mats, central pillar, cleaning tool leaning against pillar.

I wouldn’t have expected you to do that yourself ;D

I have the same task ahead of me in just under 2 weeks, luckily only 100 sqm (1,076 sq ft) ^^

To be honest, it wasn’t planned either. My construction coordinator said it would be a great DIY task and that we could do it ourselves since the screed isn’t scheduled until April 9. He didn’t mention how much effort it actually takes :-p. I’m curious if and how much it will affect the final bill. Does anyone have a guess?

Wait, didn’t you repeatedly boast about how much you are involved in your house construction and focused on the details? And now you don’t know what costs this item involves?
