Where is the condensation supposed to come from? The pipe is not significantly warmer or colder than inside the house. Of course it is colder! The pipe leads outside or comes from outside.

The pipes are insulated for sound. Since they are located in the warm area, there is no condensation. Now you're a plumber too. That's how a plumber explained it to me.
