Mottenhausen18 Oct 2018 10:48Climbee, great photos and a really impressive project to follow! I have a question: how does the ventilation work in your house? Were any special measures taken to prevent condensation, especially on the basement walls during summer?
We will have mechanical ventilation with heat recovery installed, so that shouldn’t be a problem. Without mechanical ventilation, you would just ventilate normally, as in other houses. Although, a wooden house generally does not have moisture issues like masonry walls do.
